PAYMENT SCHEDULE

50% down payment is required to secure booking with the balance of payment due 45 days prior to your arrival in St. Lucia

Or you may take advantage of our 10% Early Booking Bonus for payment made in full at time of booking
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*PLEASE NOTE: booking payments are non-refundable. However, since we understand that special circumstances may arise beyond your control and your booking may have to be cancelled we will take into consideration your payment for a future booking.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation, SunWestvilla will market the property and upon a new tenant successful booking foresaid time and monies being received, refund will be issued subject to an administrative fee. In the event of a cancellation, SunWestvilla will allow the client to rebook within a 12 month time frame, subject to availability.
